2. Platform Usage & Conduct

StudentHelp Corner provides a platform connecting NEET & JEE aspirants with verified mentors. Users are expected to maintain respectful behavior during all interactions, including group sessions, 1:1 calls, and community forums.

No harassment or abusive language towards mentors or other students.
No sharing of unauthorized pirated materials.
Accounts are strictly for personal use and may not be shared.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

All purchases, including study material bundles and mentor sessions, are final. However, if a mentor fails to attend a scheduled 1:1 call, a full refund or free rescheduling will be provided. You must request cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

4. Intellectual Property

The notes, videos, and study materials provided by mentors on this platform are the intellectual property of their respective creators. You may not distribute, resell, or reproduce these materials without explicit permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we verify all mentors, StudentHelp Corner does not guarantee specific ranks, exam scores, or college admissions. Mentorship is meant to guide and support your independent studying efforts.
